Our Story
Lil' Yetties is a family-owned business that has proudly served Southern California for more than a decade. What started in San Diego County has grown throughout the region, and in 2025 we expanded to our new home in Orange County.
Whether we're serving a small backyard birthday party or a large corporate event, our goal is always the same: to create an experience that feels welcoming, personal, and memorable.
What sets Lil' Yetties apart is our attention to detail. Every syrup is handcrafted by owner Kayla using real cane sugar and prepared fresh for each event. The result is a flavor profile that is vibrant, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, never overly sweet.
Our ice is made using filtered water and a carefully controlled freezing process designed to create the smooth, fluffy texture that authentic Hawaiian shave ice is known for.
From the ingredients we choose to the way we serve each guest, every detail is thoughtfully considered. We believe great shave ice is more than a dessert. It's an experience, and we're committed to making every event the best it can be.
